One list, and your team is enrolled.

For maintenance organisations, CAMOs and operators enrolling several people at once. You deal with one contact and one invoice; every participant gets a personal account and a personal certificate.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need — mail info@cofaero.eu with the course(s) and roughly how many participants. You receive a quote per participant.
2. Fill in the participant list — one row per person (first name, last name, e-mail) in the template we provide: download and instructions here. Names appear on the certificates exactly as written.
3. We set everything up — accounts, enrolments and login e-mails, usually the same working day. People who already have a CofA account keep it, so their certificates stay together.
4. Certificates and records — every participant downloads a personal certificate on completion, and your quality department can request a completion overview for audit at any time.

Later arrivals or replacements? Send an updated list — enrolment is per person, so joining mid-year is never a problem.
